Is my leash chew proof?
No, our leash is not chew-proof. While BioThane is an incredibly durable and strong material, it is not designed to withstand chewing by your pup. To extend the life of your leash, we recommend supervising your dog and discouraging chewing behavior.

Does Ryder's Dog Gear offer a warranty on buckles?
At Ryder's Dog Gear, we stand by the quality of our products. We offer a one-year warranty against defects in workmanship and materials under normal residential use and conditions. If you encounter any issues, please email us with pictures of the defective item to process a refund or replacement.
Buckle information:
Ryder's Dog Gear buckles are designed for the Herm Sprenger 2.25 mm prong collar. It installs and replaces the middle plate of the prong collar. The buckle adds about a 1/2 inch to the collar when replacing the middle plate. You may need to take a link out of the collar to get a good fit.
Note:
The buckle on the prong collar is an integral part of the training tool. While prong collars are designed to stay secure, there is always a small chance of failure. For added safety, especially if your dog is a flight risk, it’s crucial to double-buckle them with a flat collar.
Additionally, always remove the training collar when you’re not supervising your dog or when they are interacting with other dogs or are back-tied. This helps ensure their safety and prevents potential accidents.
